Rena Sherel Sofer (born December 2 the 2nd of December, 1968) is an American actress and model, well-known for her role in daytime television, episodic guest appearances and made-for-television films. Sofer won the Daytime Emmy Award 1995 for her performance as Lois Cerullo of the soap drama General Hospital. She was Quinn Fuller's role on the CBS soap production The Bold and the Beautiful from 2013-2022.





 Early life



 Sofer was born in Arcadia (California) Sofer was the daughter of Susan Sofer (nee Franzblau), who is a psychologist, as well as Martin Sofer, who is an Orthodox Rabbi.





 In 1970, she relocated in 1970 to Teaneck, New Jersey with her brother David and father. They resided in Western Pennsylvania when Sofer was five years old. Their family lived in Ambridge Pennsylvania where their father was the director of Beth Samuels Jewish Center. Later, she attended the Frisch School in Paramus, New Jersey, which is co-educational Modern Orthodox Jewish high-school. Sofer was born in North Bergen, New Jersey. Her father was a rabbi of Temple Beth El. After graduating from North Bergen High School she was a student at Montclair State College.





 Career



 Television during the daytime



 Sofer initially played Lois Marie Cerullo on General Hospital. She first appeared in 1993 as a manager of a group. Her first appearance was as Rocky McKenzie in the 1988-91 daytime soap series Loving.
